5K ZOOM Walk... for all ages & abilities!

The 5K Zoom Walk is a fun challenge for all ages and abilities where you can walk at your own speed… Starting and finishing at the MoonWalk challenge site on Clapham Common. A special 5K route has been created to take you around the Common with entertainment and support as you go!

Registration Fees

Adult Fee: £25

Under 13 Fee: £15

Team of 4: £80 – a 20% discount (only available when registering)

Please be aware, this is a pre-registered event ONLY.

Walk the Walk will meet you at the entrance gate with music, entertainment, hugs and support… then it’s get ready, get set and Zoooooom!

Walking your way around a signed route, within a leafy, spring-filled Clapham Common, where you will be met by cheering Volunteers and music to get you moving and grooving all the way to the Finish Line!

Once you cross the Finish Line a hot drink and a muffin is waiting for you plus your unique year 1 Medal… FANTASTIC!

20% discount for Teams of 4… gather your friends and family and join in the fun and make a difference! Make sure you choose the Team of 4 registration form.

How do we enter a team?

At the start of your registration, you need to enter a Team name and you will automatically become the Team Leader. Complete the names and phone numbers of all 4 members of your Team. Walk the Walk will contact your Team members for further information directly.

The Team Leader will receive the Event Information emails, and also the Event Pack including their Buffs and Walker numbers for the whole Team.

Can I enter for someone else?

Yes – you can make an online entry for each member of the team, provided that you have their permission to give the required information and accept the Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

What is the fundraising target for a team?

We ask that everyone who enters the 5K Zoom Walk raises a minimum of £25 each. Our fundraising Team are on hand to help you reach your goal, here are a few ways to help you reach that.

When will I get my Event Pack? 

Your event pack including your buff and Walker Number will be sent to you in May 2024.

Will there be water at the MoonWalk challenge start area or on the route? 

Water will be available from our self-fill water boxes so don’t forget to bring your water bottle or you can buy one of ours at our POP-UP SHOP.

There will be no water on the route but fill up before you go and there is plenty of water on your return!

Are there toilets available at the Start Line area?

Yes there will be, but there are no toilets on the route

Are friends and family allowed inside the Start Line?

Sadly not, only participants and Volunteers are able to be on the event site. If they are volunteering, we can arrange for them to be at the Finish line to greet you.

What time do we/I arrive and start walking? 

Entrance Gate Opens: 10.00am Entrance Gate Closes: 10.30am

Warm up with Roy Gayle: 10.30am

START: 10.45am (all times are subject to change)

Finish Line Closes: 1.00pm

Where is the start and finish?

The same place: MoonWalk Arena on Clapham Common.

Can anyone enter on the day?

Yes, we will have a limited number of places available to enter on the day… Just head to the Help Desk on Clapham Common between 9.30-10.00am and be ready to start at 10.30am… Or sign up now and be ready to go!
